A professional quality control in our factory, all QC checkers (QC staff: 4 to 6) are dedicated to ensuring the premium quality of the products. With the specific flowchart of product inspection, every employee who takes part in the production and packing is responsible for the final quality of the products. Besides, staff in the R&D department in our factory are always developing new technologies to improve the quality of the products and developing new products to expand the requirements from different customers.

Procedures & Details: raw material inspection → inspection in production workshop → inspection in assembly workshop → finished products inspection → inspection in packing workshop → employee self-inspection → routing inspection → final inspection before dispatching.
